Deposits, cancelations and no shows.

A minimum £40 deposit is required for all bookings to secure your appointment. This will cover design work and and goes towards your final bill.

Payments can be made in cash at the studio or via bank transfer. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash or via bank transfer on the day.

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please give at least 4 days notice so I can fill the space and roll over your deposit to the next chosen appointment date.

Failing to give 4 days notice will result in the loss of your deposit, if you wish to rebook you will have to pay another deposit.

Failing to show up to your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Should you wish to rebook, full payment up front will be required.
