Before completing the application form, please take a moment to review the following important information:
Shared Living and Responsibilities
During your volunteer service, you will be residing in communal housing with fellow volunteers.
Each volunteer is expected to equally contribute to daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, washing, and shopping.
While we make every effort to provide each volunteer with their own personal space at all times, there may be occasions when we request your flexibility, especially when the arrival and departure dates of volunteers overlap.
Documentation Equipment
You are required to bring your own laptop and equipment for documenting the campaign. Modern smartphone cameras are typically sufficient for capturing high-quality footage and photos.
Financial Support
Sea Shepherd covers the primary travel expenses and provides housing for volunteers.
Volunteers committing to one month or more will also receive a daily allowance of 57 Danish Kroner to cover food expenses.
Support and Guidance
Throughout your involvement, a senior volunteer or Sea Shepherd staff member will be present to offer assistance and guidance.
Regular online meetings with campaign leadership will also be held to ensure effective communication and coordination.
