Influencer, Travel Writer, Photographer & Videographer Request Form

Thank you for your interest in visiting a Hattiesburg Convention Commission (HCC) attraction for the purposes of writing, storytelling, videography, photography or social media content. Due to high demand, all related access (exclusive of paid entry) requests must be submitted seven business days prior to the desired date of visit and will be subject to availability. Upon receipt of request, the HCC will contact you if there is availability for an agreed upon visit date with associated terms.

*This application is not required for News Media Outlets.

*Hattiesburg Pocket Museum does not need formal visitation approval; however, please contact our marketing department (601) 268-3220 or marketing@hattiesburg.org so we can schedule an interview with the museum curator for you. 

Long-Form Videography, Drone and Photography Application

*The Long-Form Videography, Drone and Photography application is not required for travel writers or influencers.

I. DURATION
This contract will be for the designated date approved by the HCC.

II. COMPENSATION
No Monetary Compensation will be made to Media or Influencers. Compensation in the form of: Admission, Parking or other agreed upon items will be determined by the HCC.

III. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
A. The Travel Writer, Influencer, Photographer or Videographer will create original content which is decent, honest, and factual.
B. Approval from the HCC is not required before publishing, broadcasting or uploading the content.
C. The created content will be published, broadcasted or shared by the media member or influencer to his/her channel, publication and/or social media accounts listed above.
D. The HCC can request to the Travel Writer, Influencer, Photographer or Videographer to add tags, links, or titles in the description of uploaded media.
E. The content should be compliant with the terms and conditions of the FCC and/or social media platform being used.
F. The content should not contain any vulgar language, music featuring objectionable language/lyrics and should be suited for everyone.

IV. COPYRIGHT
The HCC will own the copyright of the uploaded social media content. However, both parties are allowed to share it to their own respective channels.

V. CONFIDENTIALITY
This contract is strictly confidential and only authorized persons are allowed to see.

VI. AMENDMENT
This contract can only be changed or modified through the written consent of both parties (HCC and Media member and/or Influencer).

VII. GOVERNING LAW
This contract shall be governed under the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Confirmation

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
