Do you love Tamales but don't know how to make them? Well here is your chance to change that. We are offering a hands on teaching class!
This will be an all hands on class from start to finish. All equipment, supplies, food and spices will be provided.
Everyone in the class will see how we make the Tamales from beginning to end, from scratch while having the class participate in each step of the process. Each person will learn how to spread the Masa, Place the meat and Roll a Tamale.
While the Tamales are cooking we will provide a authentic Mexican lunch, playing a few games of Mexican Bingo with Prizes and a raffle drawing at the end!
When the Tamales are all done cooking, they will be divided up among the class participants to take home and enjoy.

Time: 10:00am - 2:00pm
