WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Event: Bayamón College Showcase
Organizers: College Sports Americas, Youth Soccer Tournament, Bayamon FC DV7, Bayamon Soccer Complex, Municipio de Bayamón

By signing below, you (and your parent/guardian if under 18) agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in physical activities, including but not limited to training, competition, and team activities. These risks may result in injury, property damage, or even death. You voluntarily accept these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.

Waiver and Release
In consideration of your participation, you hereby waive and release the organizers and their affiliates (the "Released Parties") from any claims or liabilities for injuries, death, or property damage arising from your participation, regardless of whether such claims result from negligence or other causes.

Covenant Not To Sue
You agree not to initiate any legal action against the Released Parties for claims covered by this waiver. If anyone on your behalf attempts to pursue a claim, you agree that the Released Parties may recover attorney fees and expenses incurred in defending against such claims.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the event.

Acknowledgment
By signing, you confirm that you (and your parent/guardian, if applicable) have read this waiver, understand its contents, and agree to its terms voluntarily. This agreement is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.
