Kick Butt Coffee is available to host your event for 50-200 guests. Our seated capacity is 140. Our standing capacity is 200. Typically we are booked out in prime slots (Thurs, Friday, Saturday) three months in advance. For best results please fill out the form below.

Note 1: Yes! The fee would include staffing of the bar and if needed the kitchen... And would, of course, include Ernie (our sound engineer) and a door person (if needed) and exclusive private use of our venue.
Note 2: No! The fee doesn't cover food, drink and tips. Guests would still purchase as they would at any show.
Note 3: Yes! If you would like to charge a cover you are welcome to and 100% would go to you.
Note 4: Yes! At no additional cost to you we can live stream to Youtube and/or Facebook. We could also simply record your show for your personal use.
Note 5: Yes! We have a full liquor bar AND we can serve until 2am.
Note 6: Yes! A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold your slot. Of course it is non-refundable because you are taking a slot that we could have booked.
Note 7: Sorry. The 10+ days around SXSW are typically booked out before January 1st every year. Get in really early if you are interested.
Note 8: We also offer catering so if you are interested let us know in the comments below.
Note 9: Yes, you can bring food in but of course no outside beverages at all.
