  • The Ohio Transformation Fund’s mission is to help transform our criminal legal system, through grant-making and related supports,  from one that over-criminalizes and over-incarcerates individuals, particularly young people, and people of color, to a system that promotes healthy and safe communities.

Our vision is a criminal legal system that promotes justice, fairness, equity, and dignity that is based on policies that support racial justice, healing, and positive growth for youth, individuals, families, and communities.

Through a collaborative funding approach, the OTF aims to strengthen practitioners working in the field, address key capacity gaps, and engage other Ohio-based and national funders and donors.
