As a board member sometimes you have to step back and think before you do. You have to remember you represent a organization that is here to serve the children of our community. And we understand that everyone is human and has a life outside of sports. But while you are here we expect you to be professional. There will be times when you have to deal with a upset parent, coach or even board member. Are you confident that you will be able to handle that type of situation in a professional manner?
