Newfound Nutrition Grocery Pick-up/Delivery Policies:
Client services and chart information are confidential. Written authorization is required from you to release any information.
• I understand that the groceries may be left on my front porch, or next to an entrance
• Once delivered, and the client is notified, theft or food spoilage is now their responsibility
• If a client wants to postpone delivery, they must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled date, or the client may be subject to a grocery holding/refrigeration fee
• Only healthy foods are considered for pick-up, no "junk" food will be purchased
• The foods delivered are considered supplementary health foods, and may not contribute enough to the total energy (calories) needed, based on individual needs
• I understand that my nutritional consultant or I may end the scheduled delivery (within 24 hrs) for any reasons
• Payment for grocery budget and pickup/delivery fees must be paid in full first before groceries are picked up & delivered. Receipt for groceries will be in or stapled to bag
