1. to Michelle or Regina in person 2. scan and email to wgcbooksinbloom@gmail.com 3. take photo of filled out form and text to Michelle 774-454-2333 4. form is also available on www.weymouthgardenclub.com and can be filled out there 5. there will be a drop off box at the front desk in Tufts Library starting about a month before.
