As soon as this form is submitted, I wlll process it and reach out to you to set up the necessary appointment. We will need to do an in person color match (this can also be set up online ahead of time) then we order the hair.

Payment for hair is due immediatly when ordering.

Extension hair ususally takes 7 days to arrive. it is my priority to get your install apointment set up as soon as the hair arrives!
