  • Cancellation Policy

    Clients, please keep in mind that when you cancel an appointment without giving enough notice, I lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients waiting for an appointment miss out on receiving services. This policy is in place to respect my time and the time of fellow clients. Thank you for understanding. You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 48 hours before the start time of your appointment. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) scheduled and your deposit forfeited. A no-show or an appointment not cancelled will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) scheduled, your deposit forfeited, and no future appointments may be booked. Late arrivals will be subject to a condensed service, at the expense of the client. After 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a no-show charge will be applied along with your deposit forfeited.
  • Refund Policy

    Due to the time and product used during your service, I do not offer refunds. I will however fix any technical errors that may have happened. If you feel that there was a technical error that occurred during your service, please reach out to me within 72 hours of your appointment and I will schedule a time to correct the needed adjustments. All technical adjustments must be completed within two weeks of the initial appointment.
  • As your hairstylist, I strive to provide you with the highest quality of service in a safe and professional environment. However, by signing this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Service Satisfaction: While I will do my utmost to meet your expectations, results may vary based on individual hair types and conditions. I encourage open communication regarding your desired outcomes. I will not refund the service, but I will always make adjustments if you are unsatisfied. 2. Allergies and Sensitivities: It is your responsibility to inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service. I am not liable for any adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed information. 3. Aftercare Responsibility: Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining your haircolor. I will provide you with recommendations, but I am not responsible for outcomes resulting from improper care or maintenance. 4. Photos and videos taken by me may be used for publicity or marketing purposes by The Salt Series. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this liability summary and agree to its terms.
