    MULTIPLE GOLF CARTS MUST BE REGISTERED INDIVIDUALLY

    Golf carts must be registered annually. Your submission of this form will register one golf cart for the current year at Meramec Valley Campground & RV Park.

    $15.00 per golf cart registration.

    Please securely adhere the tag to your golf cart immediately.

  • How will you be paying for your registration>

  • * I will at all times secure and maintain golf cart insurance for Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance on the golf cart while on the premisis of Meramec Valley Campground.

    *   I am personally responsible for the operation of the golf cart and that the golf cart owner, any drivers and passengers shall idemnify and hold Meramec Valley Owners Association, all association names, its members, owners, volunteers, and associates harmless from and against any and all liabilities, including bodily injury and property damage and including theft/property damage to the golf cart itself.

    *   The registered golf cart must have a licensed driver in the front seat while being driven.

    *   The registered golf cart must display the current MVOA registration tag on the rear of the golf cart and visible to park staff.

    * Underage children driving the registered golf cart must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18+ with a valid drivers license and insurance. The aged 18+ passenger and golf cart registrant assume all liability for the underage driver.

    *   Speed limit is 10 MPH

    *   Reckless driving is prohibited

    * All golf carts must have working front and rear lights in use after dusk.

  • Vehicle Reminder
    Only golf carts are permitted in the campground.
    Side-by-sides (UTVs) are not allowed.

    For clarification:

    • Golf carts are low-speed vehicles designed for light transportation (typically under 25 mph; gas engines usually under 400cc or electric).
    • Side-by-sides/UTVs are designed for off-road use and/or higher speeds, typically 400cc and above.


    Please note: Engine size alone does not determine approval.
    Any vehicle manufactured or marketed as a UTV/side-by-side is prohibited, regardless of modifications or appearance.


    Enforcement:
    Any side-by-side/UTV brought into the campground—including those modified to resemble a golf cart—will be required to be removed from the property or remain parked and unused for the duration of the stay. Registration sticker fees will not be refunded.


    If you are unsure about a vehicle, please contact the office before bringing it onto campground property.
