Private Party / Event Request Form

Important information: We require a minimum of (7) people who will be getting permanent jewelry or (7) pieces minimum to book a party. The host will receive one free bracelet or up to $60 value. We prefer at least two weeks ahead for booking a private event or party.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $60 is required upon booking. The $60 will go towards your jewelry purchase on the day of the event. This deposit will only be refundable if the event is canceled within 48 hours before the day of the event.

Travel Fee: We come to you for free (up to 20 miles within the Riverside CA area). Anything additional will be $4 per mile.
