Release: I/we hereby release all sponsors, co-sponsors, organizations, or individuals involved in the Daniel Boone Pioneer Festival, including the City of Winchester and Winchester Art Guild Inc. from any liability, product or personal for the duration of this event. All mandates from the Governor’s office in effect on this date concerning Covid-19 must be followed. I/we have read the rules, any violation of the rules may result in the termination of this contract without recourse with no reimbursement to the participant. No vehicles are allowed to enter Main Street after 9:30 each day until selling hours are over.
