"Engage life mindfully" - 6 week program This class has quickly become a positive space for tweens/teens to connect with other like minded kids on the same path of life. It's an uplifting space that uses yoga, mindfulness & techniques from positive psychology to help your son/daughter develop a toolkit they can take with them during the school day. Through weekly support your child can ground/calm during stressful periods at school to keep a clear head. I'll assist your child each week with challenging emotions by helping them learn new techniques every term to improve their overall well-being. They'll apply strategies to increase resilience through approaches that'll increase happiness and confidence in oneself.
Over the course of six weeks, your child will work one-on-one to learn how they can decrease anxiety and how you deal with it when the body's stress response—the fight, flight, freeze response—is triggered. This programme helps your child engage while building the resilience muscle by working it out in enjoyable, age-appropriate terminology. Applying positive psychology & mindfulness can help you think clearly and make helpful decisions instead of being controlled by the way you feel. Working 1:1 with Miss Sarah to create an individual program that suits your son or daughter specifically. Helping them build strategies that'll help your child make better decisions, respond rather than react with the use of mindfulness as a way to get their. A safe space for your child to express and connect with their unique self, using interventions from positive psychology, mindfulness & yoga that'll help your child self regulate & uncover a new way of being using emotional resilience.
This is a private 60-minute session with Miss Sarah, designed to give you tools, language, and calm when you need it most.
