SARAH LILLY MEDIA 1:1 COACHING AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between you (the client) and Sarah Lilly Media. Sarah Lilly Media will provide you with a 1:1 brand and mindset coaching relationship for a 6 month period. The purpose of this relationship is to help support the client to achieve their goals in business and life.

The client agrees to make coaching sessions a priority and implement any homework or action steps suggested.

Please contact Sarah Lilly Media if you need to reschedule a session. 24 hours notice is preferred. This coaching container is 6 months long, starting from the date of the first introduction call. Calls are fortnightly and any calls that were unable to be recheduled into the 6 month timeframe are forfeited. Only under exceptional circumstances will the calls be rescheduled after the 6 month coaching container is up. If at any stage Sarah Lilly Media need to reschedule a session this will be communicated well in advance.

If the client wishes to leave 1:1 coaching before the coaching term is up, the client agrees to ensure that all payments are made. There are no refunds given due to the nature of this service.

If the client wishes to extend the coaching container for another 6 months, this can be done so if agreed by both parties.
