Our 2025 markets are going to be packed with local crafters, bakers, businesses and more! If you are looking for somewhere to sell, network and grow your business we have the perfect venue! We have a heavy presence on social media and use paid advertising for each event. Events may vary in attendance our educated guess is 400-2500/event

Summer Kick Off Market ~ June Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd 10am-3pm

 What to find at Sauves Country Market: The start to locally grown off the fields in Essex County!

 

Summer Night Market ~ Saturday August 9th 4-8pm

What to find at Sauves Country Market: locally grown sweetcorn, tomatoes, berries, peaches and more!

Not to mention we will be celebrating our 4th anniversary!

 

Fall Market September Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st 10am-3pm

What to find at Sauves Country Market: Lots and lots of fall mums, pumpkins and our famous porch packages!

The whole family can enjoy a walk though our corn maze!

  

How to become a vendor?

1. Complete the following forms

2. We will review applicants and email you with payment information and availability (with lots of applicants please allow us time to select vendors)

3. You will need to purchase event insurance (we have partnered with Duuo ($15/day) you can find our events in a link (we can send that to you after submitting your application), or have us listed as an additional insured on your policy

4. Once paid and provided insurance a receipt for the market(s) will be emailed to you

5. An email will be sent closer to the date for parking and setup instructions

6. Get ready for the market!

 

What will you need to be a vendor?

 

Tables, chairs, weights, tents, or any displays required for you to make sales.

Insurance

To be a food/beverage vendor you must provide a Food Vendor Application provided by the Windsor-Essex health unit. Link: https://www.wechu.org/food-vendor-application

As a vendor you must participate for the agreed upon dates and times . There will be no vehicles allowed though the market venue at any time, vendors are required to move their items, tables, chairs, tents, etc to their designated spot. If you must use a vehicle to move your belongings to your designated site upon both entering and/or exiting the event, you must make arrangements prior to the event and you must follow the timeline and guidance given. Please note that there is no security on site during or after event hours. You are welcome to keep your booth set up and/or your products at the event site however Sauve’s Country Market is not responsible for any loss or damages.

 

Vender responsibilities:

Required to have this document signed and returned prior to the event
**Provide proof of insurance (can be though Duuo) This is due 30 days prior to each event, if you have not provided proof of insurance 30 days prior we reserve the right to fill your spot with no refunds. **

You must pay the fee specified for you to secure your spot for the Market weekend

Vendors are required to set up before the market start times

All venders must clear all belongings after the event end time or customers are done shopping 

You must stay set up and available to make sales till the event is over

Responsible for their own tables, chairs, and tents, displays, etc
Responsible for taking payments from customers (please note we do not provide internet access)

Must be contained within your 10ftx10tf space

Under no circumstance can you hang, pin, etc to the walls of the barn
If you are using a tent you MUST use weights to hold down your tent (weather is unpredictable- lets do everything we can to keep everyone safe)

If you paid for hydro - powers bars and extension cords are not provided

Please be respectful to other vendors and staff we are all trying our best to have a successful event

Barn doors will remain open unless owners decide otherwise
Weather is unpredictable at the time of registration, once you have signed up you are required to attend the event unless canceled due to weather threats.
 

Sauve’s Country Market responsibilities:

Supplying 10ft x10ft space for each vender (unless otherwise arranged)
We will supply portable toilets for public use
Will supply electrical outlets for venders who have paid for a spot with hydro.
 

Sauve’s Country Market is not responsible for accidents and incidents. The property owners reserve the right to consider this contract null and void if any of the terms of this contract are not adhered to. In the event the contract has been breached there will be no refunds. The fee for the market(s) is non refundable unless event is cancelled. Sauve’s Country Market will NOT provide internet access. Vendors are placed at random (unless requested otherwise), there is no changes to vender placement on the weekend of the event. Sauve’s Country Market is not responsible for food or beverage to venders.
