Insurance Requirements
Vendors must provide certificate of insurance, naming the "Black Bear Americana Music Fest" AND "Harwinton Agricultural Society" as additional insured. General liability amounts for all vendors; minimum of $100,000.00
Product Liability additionally required for food vendors; minimum amount $300,000.00; $500,000.00 if selling alcohol.
