We are offering an opportunity for early vending to support the campers and staff who are on site the Thursday of the festival weekend.

We offer Sponsor Level vending as well as limited barter for vending arrangements. If you are interested in either of these, please contact Tim via email at tim@blackbearmusicfest.com

Black Bear reserves the right to restrict the sales of certain products that may create competition between vendors. All such restrictions will be communicated to vendors via email in an email if the vendor is accepted. To this end, be sure to provide a comprehensive list of product offerings.

Insurance Requirements
Vendors must provide certificate of insurance, naming the "Black Bear Americana Music Fest" AND "Harwinton Agricultural Society" as additional insured. General liability amounts for all vendors; minimum of $100,000.00
Product Liability additionally required for food vendors; minimum amount $300,000.00; $500,000.00 if selling alcohol.
