Graduation Application & Fees

Graduation fees cover costs associated with graduation. For example: diploma printing, transcript archive, caps & gowns, graduation ceremony venue, etc. Graduation fees and extra tickets are nonrefundable.
Winter Graduation ceremony is sheduled for January 16, 2027 at 10am at The Rock Fayetteville Campus, 2626 Huntsville Hwy, Fayetteville, TN with a backup date of January 23 in case of inclement weather. (This form is due November 1, 2026)

Spring Graduation ceremony is TENTATIVE for Saturday, May 15, 2027 at 10am at New Zion Baptist Church, 1595 Sumac Rd, Pulaski, TN (This form is due February 1, 2027)

Winter Graduation

January 16, 2027: In the event of inclement weather, the backup date is January 23, 2027. 10am, The Rock Fayetteville Campus, 2626 Huntsville Hwy, Fayetteville. Full Cap & Gown ceremony with keynote speaker, slide show of baby pictures, student display tables, etc. Graduation fees are due October 1, 2026.

Extra Tickets (Winter Graduation)

Before purchasing extra tickets, check with the main office for availablity. Each graduating senior will get 8 tickets for the winter graduation. Each additional ticket needed will be $10 until October 1. After Oct 1, the ticket price will increase to $12 each. Ticket fee is nonrefundable. The graduating senior does not need a ticket.

Spring Graduation

TENTATIVE: May 15, 2027; 10am, New Zion Baptist Church, 1595 Sumac Rd, Pulaski, TN. Full Cap & Gown ceremony with keynote speaker, slide show of baby pictures, student display tables, etc. This fee includes cap & gown and diploma costs. Graduation fees are due February 1, 2027. After that date, the price will increase and continue to increase the closer it gets to graduation due to expedited shipping costs.

Extra Tickets (Spring Graduation)

Please check with the main office for availability of extra tickets before paying for them. The fee is nonrefundable. Each graduating senior will get 6 tickets for guests for the spring gradation. Each additional ticket needed will be $10 each until April 1, 2027. After April 1, the ticket price will increase to $15 each. The fee is nonrefundable. The graduating senior does not need a ticket.

$15 fee is for shipping and packaging costs if you would like your diploma mailed to you. You also have the option to pick up your diploma from our office for free.
