Below you will find a simple request form to fill out for your custom clip to ensure your wet dreams become a reality.

After receiving your request and payment, I will contact you to make sure I'm clear on all the details. I then take time to write a script (unless you provide one) based on your answers below, as well as set up a scene to make your clip more personal to you. I film in 1080hp and use editing software to enhance color & sound.
