STEP 1: Review the 2024 Pickaway County Fair Sponsorship Brochure for available opportunities.
STEP 2: Complete this online form with all required fields, including which sponsorship opportunity(ies) you would like to choose, and submit. Once submitted, you will receive an invoice from our office (allow 2-3 business days).
STEP 3: Once you receive an invoice, choose method of payment at that time. Note: credit card transactions will include a processing fee
STEP 4: If a logo or any other information is needed you'll be contacted once this form and payment are received.
PERKS! In addition to a highly visible promotional opportunity sponsors will receive 1 complimentary weekly admission pass for every $500 of sponsorship or 1 daily admission pass for every $200 of sponsorship. QR codes for admission will be emailed to our contact on file two weeks prior to fair. Plus, all sponsors are listed on our website with a link for visitors to click to their website or social media page as soon as payment is received through the week of fair.
To be included in this year’s fair book and other promotional materials, this completed form and full payment must be received no later than Friday, April 5, 2024. *Attention Day/Gate Sponsors - due to timeline requirements of printed materials and other necessary planning for promotions this completed form and payment must be received from Day/Gate Sponsors no later than Friday March 1, 2024.
