Rules

1. This tournament is open to all Ohio women members of the USBC. Bowlers who are not members of the Central Ohio USBC must pay the local fee of $13.
2. Bowlers must have a minimum of 9 games bowled in an Ohio certified league in any of the last five years.
3. The entry fee is $80 per bowler - $20 lineage; $55 prize fund; $5 administrative fee.
4. Walk-ins will be accepted until 15 minutes prior to the start time, providing lanes are available. Maximum number of entries will be 88.
5. Tournament format:
   1. Bowl 5 games of qualifying
   2. Cut to top 8 for match play (based on 30 entries)
   3. All bracket matches will be 2 game total pinfall - winner advances
   4. Single elimination bracket
6. Ties to determine the last qualifying spot for match play will be determined by a 9th-10th frame roll-off.
7. Ties during match play will be determined by a 9th-10th frame roll-off.
8. Ties to determine the seed numbers will be determined by the high game of those tied.
9. Tournament will be bowled on a house condition.
10. Payout ratio will be 1:4.
11. All other rules will be governed by the USBC.
12. The Tournament Director will have final say in all matters.

The entrant whose name appears hereon hereby agrees that the Central Ohio - USBC Association, its officers and agents shall be liable only to the extent of returning entry fee if and when this entrant shall be prevented from bowling in the tournament through delay, unexpected yet necessary schedule change, or premature termination of the tournament, which may be brought about by war, national emergency or emergencies of causes relating thereto or resulting from, fires, strikes, lockout, or labor difficulties beyond the control of the Central Ohio - USBC Association.
