The Oak Glen Farmers Market is open every Saturday & Sunday through December 22, 2024 (weather permitting)
**NOTE - spaces are first come, first paid** Invoices will be sent seperately for each event.
Please be sure to read ALL the rules and requirements. In order to ensure public and vendor safety you will be held to these standards.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Location: Oak Glen Steakhouse 38490 Oak Glen Rd, Yucaipa Ca 92399
Set-up Time: Sat & Sun 7:00 am to 9:00 am. We will send you your arrival time a couple of days before the event along with vendor instructions.
Market Hours: Sat & Sun 10:00 AM To 3:00 PM
PLEASE NOTE, All spaces are outdoors
EVENT FEE SCHEDULE: On application
RULES, REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION;
Outdoor booths are 10 x 10; therefore you will need to stay within those parameters and you will provide your own Canopy and tables.
Your Canopy and products MUST be in your space and no later than 9:30 AM Sat & Sun. If you arrive after that time it will be at our discretion to allow you entry or to assign you another space so PLEASE ARRIVE on time. ALL tents are required to have a minimum of 20-lbs. weight attached to each leg – NO Exceptions!
Pre-packaged and Farmers (additional requirements): NO FOOD TRUCKS
All pre-packaged food vendors MUST have a cottage/TFF permit from the county where you reside. NO OTHER CERTIFICATES WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Please submit a current copy with your application.
** Do Not leave your trash, we do have bears that come out at night**
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
No: Silly String, Smoke Bombs, Stink Bombs “Snappers”, Radios, Guns, Ammo. Participants may not sell merchandise of adult nature, alcohol or drug paraphernalia.
PLEASE NOTE:
To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your craft or item type.
Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted you will be contacted within 48-72 hours via email.
No refunds for any reason whatsoever. If the event staff have to close the event due to inclement weather, your fee will be rolled over to the next weekend if you don't attend, there is no refund.
Advertising your business & products is a big part of your success. We want to let everyone know how amazing you are. Please tag us in at least 4 posts and give us permission to use your photos from your social media to advertise your space.

FINAL NOTE TO ALL VENDORS: Please move your vehicle after you have unlaoded your belongings, PER THE VENUE OWNERS please do not park in the restaurant parking.
Vendor parking will be across the street in a designated parking
ALL vendors will maintain polite and courteous manners (including language) to all guests, other vendors and event staff. Vendors shall be appropriately dressed and conduct themselves with proper decorum. Failure to do so will result in your IMMEDIATE removal from the site with no refund!
Please Remember, you must leave your space as you found it. Take large supply boxes, bottles, containers etc., away with you. Medium & small refuse can be put in provided garbage containers. If you leave your garbage behind, it will be noted and you will be barred from any future events.
The Oak Glen Steakhouse and Stacee Boisseranc of Where's The Event are not responsible for theft or damages to property belonging to persons participating at any of our events. All persons shall reimburse Where's The Event for any costs incurred relating to any damage caused by their activity. All participants shall keep their area clean during the activity and leave the space and surrounding area clean afterward. Booth display requirements within vendor’s area must include: All tables to be covered by table drapes NO selling out of storage boxes, Signs must be professional quality and no flashing, blinking or strobe lights may be used. Booth spaces shall not be assigned or sublet to others without prior approval of the Where's The Event. In receiving permission to participate at this event, the vendor here by releases, waves, discharges and covenants not to sue the host/ coordinator Stacee Boisseranc/Where's the Event, the event venue it's agents, volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death that may be sustained by the vendor or any of the property belonging to the vendor, whether caused by the negligence of the vendor or otherwise while participating in any activity or well in on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted. I voluntarily assume a full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death that may be sustained by me or event venue, property, or any loss or damage to property owned by me as a result of being engaged in such activity, whether caused by the negligence of vendor or otherwise, I further hear by agree to identify and hold harmless the host coordinator or venue. Venue it's agents volunteers from lost liability damage or cost, including court cost and or attorney fees that may include due to my participation instead activity whether caused by negligence of vendor or otherwise. I understand that the coordinator Stacee Boisseranc of Wheres The Event or the venue does not provide any insurance coverage for vendor participation for any circumstances arising from their participation in this event or any activity associated with our facilitating this participation. As such, I'm aware that I should review my own insurance coverage.
