IN AGREEMENT:
PARKING:
Please use and encourage guests to use Community centre car park during your event. Please consider local residents especially those with young kids and/or mobility issues. Park respectively so that others can use car park also.
GDPR:
All information requested above will be retained under strict GDPR regulations and for the duration and requirements of auditing purposes.
Disclaimer:
All participants avail of the venue as per prior agreement and do so at their own risk. The Greater Ballycolman Community Association accept no liability or inference as to any injury sustained to person, vehicle or person effects during visits to the community centre, car park or adjoining lands and/or facilities.
Set-Up/Wrap Up:
Due to high demand and the cost of hall per hour. Event set up and wrap up is part of your hourly rental. Any person seeking additional set up and over run time must book hall accordingly. The hall is leased per hour.
Cooking Impliments:
Provision of foodstuffs, utensils, highchairs etc are the responsibility of the hirer. In accordance with our insurers requirements no chip pans etc can be used on our premises. Activiti and clear up will be the sole responsibility of the person/persons booking the venue and as detailed on this form.
Bouncy Castle:
Bouncy Castle use is restricted to 8 children at a time (Strctly no more). It is the responsibility of the hirer that the above requirement is supervised. NO ADULTS allowed on bouncy castle. This area is monitored by CCTV and such will be reviewed to ensure that this requirement is strictly adhered to. Any damage, destruction resulting from the failure to adhere to this strict requirement with result in the hirer being held accountable for the repair, replacement and/or the purchase of a new bouncy castle. They may be held liable for any hiring of a temprory replacement until the damaged item is repaired or replaced.
Damages:
Any damage caused (Internally/Externally) by neglegence and/or lack of supervision will be the responsibility of the person hiring the hall (Name on Application Form). Any and all damage caused will require repair and/or replace at the hirer's cost.
Third Party Services:
All third party provision/services must be approved by the centre management in advance of party or event. All third party provision/services must have and produce on demand proof of their (in date) public liability insurance.
Note:
Any damage, negative behaviour or other omissions will remain the responsibility of those booking our facilities (The Hirer) and not the centre management, volunteers or associated committees/members.
No alcohol/drugs may be possessed, consumed or ingested whilst on any Greater Ballycolman Community Association land, property or assets.
All activities and behaviour must be in line with the expectations and promotion of positive relations between all Participants, Residents, Statutory, Community and Voluntary services whilst availing of our services or amenities.
Any breach of such requirements may result in the removal and barring of future services/Access to the concerned individual/individuals.
Cancellation Notice and Deposits:
ALL access to our amenities will require an appropriate and pre agreed fee to sustain the overall running and maintenance costs associated with our amenities. Any booking will require a clear fourteen day cancellation notification to allow for our amenities to be readvertised as available. Failure to give the required notice will result in the forfeit of the required holding deposit. Any refund issued may take up to five working days.
