Registration Policies
As each student is an integral part of the class environment, we ask that you please contact us ahead of time to inform us that you will miss a class. Tuition for missed classes may be carried over to the next term. Memberships are non-refundable. The Golden Flower School reserves the right to cancel a class that has fewer than five students enrolled (though this has never happened so far).

Personal Responsibilities
I agree to treat my instructors and fellow students with respect and kindness. I understand that I may be asked to discontinue coming to class if others perceive my behavior to be unkind, disrespectful, or otherwise create an unfriendly environment, and I agree to comply regardless of my own recollection or interpretation of events.

I recognize that risk is involved in any physical activity and take full responsibility for my own safety and well-being. I, the undersigned, agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the instructors, members, students and/or guests of Golden Flower Tai Chi of Greensboro and the Golden Flower Tai Chi™ Association International, Creative Greensboro, Greensboro Parks & Rec, and the City of Greensboro from any and all lawsuits, claims, demands, liability, causes of action, loss, injury, and/or damage of any kind whatsoever.

I have read and understood the above policies, warrant that I have the actual legal right, power, and authority to make this agreement, understand the covenants herein, and have not been coerced or beguiled into signing this agreement. I hereby agree to follow the above policies for the purpose of keeping the order and integrity of this school as well as maximizing the benefits to myself and the other students.
