Note-Taking and Third-Party Services: During online sessions or email sessions, I may take notes to help track your animal's progress and enhance the effectiveness of the healing process. These notes may be stored using third-party software that complies with data protection regulations. Rest assured that your personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared with any unauthorized parties.

Clients' Rights: Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- The right to access your personal data.

- The right to request corrections to inaccurate data.

- The right to request deletion of your personal data (Right to Erasure), subject to legal retention obligations.

Potential Effects: Animal healing works on a deep, energetic level. After a session, your animal may exhibit changes in behaviour or emotional release.

Safety Protocols: In the event of any abuse or harassment, the session will be stopped, and higher authorities will be informed if necessary.

Late Arrival Policy: All participants are required to join Zoom call sessions promptly at the scheduled start time. Please note that sessions will not be extended for late arrivals, and any content covered during your absence will not be repeated.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance are free of charge.

- Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
