Things You May Need
It may be helpful to have the following at hand while you are completing the application:
You will need address information for any parents/guardians who do not live at the same address as you do.
Current School Information
You will need address, phone and fax for your student applicant's current school, as well as the name of the principal/head of school.
JPEG Photo of Your Student
You will have an opportunity to attach a photo of the student applicant. This is optional. This helps us to identify the student when the school year begins. Any medium to large sized jpeg image will work.
Previous School Records
You will be asked to enter information on schools attended for your child.
Homeschool Test Scores and Curriculum Information
Homeschool applicants will be asked to submit any and all achievement tests scores, a written list of subjects taken and curriculum used, credits received (if any) and grades, and transcripts from previously attended schools (if applicable).
