ALL FOOD VENDORS AND cRAFTERS MUST HAVE A SMORES RELATED FOOD ITEM OR CRAFT ITEM.
No power is provided but you can have a quiet generator or portable power.
Vendors are responsible for their own insurance, taxes, and are liable for the products and services they sell.
30 lbs. of weight is required for each tent leg. Up to 50 lbs. is recommended
All vendors are required to share on their social media at least 2 times.
Only items listed can be sold. Vendors can add items up to 30 days before the event by contacting me.
Applications are a first come first serve basis. I will attempt to prevent to many like items but cannot guarantee vendors of the same category.
Once accepted vendors will recieve a invoice with link for payment. Invoices are to be paid within 30 days of receipt.
Children under 13 need to remain at your booth accompanied by a adult.
All vendors must be set up by 9am with area cleaned and extra product stored under tables. NO EXCEPTIONS
No one should tear down until the end of event unless confirmed or told to by coordinator.
Sides for tents are recommended but not required. A Nice display of your products is always a nice touch.
All spaces are a 10 x 10 unless two spaces are purchased. Larger spaces are reserved for the food trucks.
Vendor maps will be provided and spaces numbered prior to the event. All vendors agree to and must only use the assigned spot. Attendees will be provided a copy in order to find vendors if they choose.
