The ABC will pay all travel expenses for Proctors if seven or more candidates are sitting for an examination. If fewer than seven candidates are sitting, the host agency will share the cost of all travel-related expenses (meals, hotels, airfare, mileage, etc.) at the following prorated scale:

For 1-4 candidates the host will cover all travel-related expenses

For 5-6 candidates the host will cover 50% of all travel-related expenses
