1.) I have taken photos of all my Cutco items laid out that I sent in. 2.) I have also saved a copy of the tracking receipt to the Cutco factory located in New York (if shipped yourself). My Rep Adam Conroy will save all tracking numbers on items shipped on my behalf. This ensures you have record of your Cutco items at the factory and that they received the correct items you sent in.*

Cutco Factory Service Checklist

1. Take a photo of all Cutco items sending in

2. Confirm address on above form is your best return mailing address

3. Cover blades with cardboard sheaths or wrap blades using paper towels with tape

4. Place items in large sealable bag

5. Write Cutco service address on the box before sealing:

6. Print 2 Copies of Form (one for you and one for Cutco to go inside the box)

7. Place all products & form safely in the box before sealing and ship with tracking

8. Wait 2-3 week turnaround for box to return

*You should receive an automatic email with a PDF attachment of your answers. These answers should populate onto your factory form. Simply print and put inside the box.
