  • You are missing an item ?

    Unfortunately, it happens very often customers are overlooking items because they were packed together with other items or are in additional packaging. Therefore, please first carefully check the complete packing - including possible padding in the package - and make sure that the item(s) are really not included in the delivery.

    Furthermore, it may happen that deliveries are sent in several packages, which do not all arrive on the same day. You will receive at least one email with the package number and the link to the tracking for each individual package. So please check if the order was send in one or more parcels.

  • Transportation Issue - Items are damaged

    A transportation damage occurs when the contents of the delivery are damaged or destroyed during transit. In this case, we kindly request you to provide clear pictures of the damage, specifically:

    • Pictures of the package from the outside, especially any damage to the package.
    • Pictures of the package from the inside, particularly of the padding.
    • Pictures of the damaged item itself.

    Please also include a detailed description of the defect if it is not clearly visible in the pictures.

  • Important: if powertubes are damaged, we need the matching values of the damaged tube (Ip / Gm or Grade) so that a replacement can be made. Therefore, it is best to send a picture of the sticker, which can be found on the top of the tube box.
