Although some of the statements listed below may not pertain to you, you must initial them ALL as you read them to their entirety acknowledging your consent to policies and prices listed.
INITIAL ACKNOWLEDGING DEPOSIT* DEPOSIT: Along with this completed Bridal Service Agreement, a nonrefundable deposit is required to be paid in full to reserve your date. This deposit amount will be applied to the total balance owed for services rendered or put towards travel fee if applicable. Deposit can be paid through Venmo or with check or cash for no additional fee. I accept Zelle and Square payments but a 5% processing fee will be charged with these methods. **LINKS TO PAY DEPOSIT WITH ZELLE OR SQUARE ARE LISTED UNDER PAYMENT OPTIONS BELOW!** Nonrefundable Deposit: $150
INITIAL ACKNOWLEDGING PAYMENT OPTIONS*PAYMENT OPTIONS: Acceptable forms of payment for services can be paid with the following methods with no additional fees:

INITIAL ACKNOWLEDGING ASSISTANTS* ASSISTANTS: Not all weddings parties need an assistant but should one be requested or if scheduling demands require a second hand, I will bring a trusted stylist to assist me. An example of when an assistant may be necessary is if you could not begin getting ready at your venue until 9:00 AM and your entire bridal party needs to be ready by noon and there are 7 people needing services. My goal will always be to have enough time to give you quality services to ensure your satisfaction so if you would like to discuss if an assistant is imperative, please reach out and I can help you weigh your options! Assistant Fee: $200 (per stylist)
INITIAL ACKNOWLEDGING TRAVEL FEE* TRAVEL FEE: Your comfort level is a priority on your wedding day. Should an off-site location be better fit than the salon setting, I will accommodate by traveling to a destination of your choosing. Any location other than SOHO Salon (located at 1910 Kaliste Saloom Road Suite 100) will require a travel fee. When choosing your wedding preparation location, keep in mind you want to choose an area with ample lighting (near a window with natural lighting if possible). I will provide all products and equipment. You are responsible for providing a suitable chair, table, trashcan, easily accessible electrical outlets (extension cord if necessary) and a mirror. **PLEASE NOTE THAT TRAVEL FEE IS PER STYLIST SHOULD AN ASSISTANTS BE REQUIRED!**
-Travel Fee Under 30 Mile Radius from Salon: $150
-Travel Fee Over 30 Mile Radius from Salon: On top of previously mentioned travel fee, you may also be responsible for additional mileage rate along with hotel room, airfare, rental car, parking garage should they be necessary.
INITIAL ACKNOWLEDGING EARLY CALL*EARLY CALL: For any bridal parties that require the start time prior to 8:00AM, an hourly fee will be charged. Early Call Fee: $50 per hour/per stylist
INITIAL ACKNOWLEDGING HEADCOUNT*FINALIZED HEADCOUNT & CANCELLATION POLICY: Final headcount must be provided 14 days prior to the event. If no headcount is provided, I will use the number listed in this contract. Cancellations to headcount not notified 14 days prior to event will result in forfeiture of the above mentioned deposit and you will be responsible for the cost of all services previously agreed on finalized headcount. Additions to the headcount when not notified 14 days prior to event will only be possible if time permits but cannot be guaranteed.
INITIAL ACKNOWLEDGING LIABILITY*LIABILITY: All those receiving services shall not hold any stylists liable for any harm, damage, product reaction or injury.
INITIAL ACKNOWLEDGING INABILITY TO PERFORM*INABILITY TO PERFORM: In the event that I am unable to perform the services agreed upon due to an emergency, illness, or unexpected occurrence, a trusted substitute will be assigned and informed of the contracted and discussed arrangements. If for whatever reason a replacement is also unavailable, a full refund of the deposit will be returned to you.
INITIAL ACKNOWLEDGING HAIR SERVICES* HAIR SERVICES: Style pricing will range between $60-$70 based on the intricacy of the style along with the individuals hair density and texture. To ensure service times remain on schedule, anyone receiving hair services should have clean dry hair and if bride allows individuals to choose their own styles, they must have an inspiration photo available to show stylist at the start time of their service.
Tip of Professional Advice to share with your bridal party: Wear a loose fitting shirt or button up shirt for easy wardrobe changes without messing up your hair.
INITIAL ACKNOWLEDGING MAKEUP SERVICES* MAKEUP SERVICES: All makeup applications start at $75. You can upgrade your makeup service with false lashes but this is completely optional. Makeup with false lashes is $80. To ensure services times remain on schedule, please inform anyone receiving makeup services, they should have a clean face with no makeup at the start time of their service. For anyone who wears contacts, it is advised to put them in prior to application. Anyone with skin allergies or sensitivities is required to notify stylist prior to appointment as well as bring their own products should there be no comparable product.

3 Tips of Professional Advice you should share with your bridal party:

1. You are welcome to prep your skin prior to appointment but be careful with any primers/moisturizers that contain SPF as they could make you look oily in flash photography and could potentially cause your makeup to separate.

2. I would recommend having your own lip color. I do include lip color application in my makeup cost so I am happy to apply from my inventory but if you have your own, you can touch up the same color throughout the night as you may lose color over the course of the evening from eating, drinking and talking.

3. Most weddings get started early, so I understand the need for a cup of coffee but I highly recommend brushing your teeth prior to putting lipstick on as attempting to brush them after is not the easiest!
