Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $531.25, which is inclusive of 6.25% MA sales tax is required to get onto the waitlist. At time of deposit, you will be notified of your place on the waitlist particular to a current or upcoming litter.
All deposits are transferable to another current or upcoming litter up to time of Puppy Pick Day. If you chose to defer your deposit, you may lose your original pick position. Price of puppy is subject to change after one year from date of deposit.
Puppy must be paid in full at time of puppy selection. This occurs at approximately 5 weeks of age. Payments accepted: credit card, Venmo, Bank check, ACH, and cash. 10% discount applies to cash payments.
Puppy is available for pick up or local delivery at 8 weeks of age. If puppy remains for boot camp, additional charges apply. The cost of boot camp is due at time of pick up.
A well-check is encouraged within 72 hours of pick-up from breeder. If a life-threatening issue is found at said well-check, the buyer can return the puppy within 3 days for a full refund. Breeder has the right to a second opinion before the refund is issued. A Parvo test will be administered before a refund is issued. In the event Parvo is detected, any refund is null and void. Parasites are not covered by contract. Your puppy should not be in contact with other dogs until he/ she has received all vaccinations. Consult your veterinarian. The buyer(s) are responsible for de-worming, if needed, at the buyer's expense. The breeder does everything possible for the puppy to leave without parasites. Puppy will be up to date with all vaccines and de-worming protocols upon pick-up. You will be provided with documentation on the day of pick up. Follow up with vaccines in 30 days with your veterinarian. Hips and eyes are guaranteed for up to 24 months of age. In the event that hip-dysplasia is suspected, an x-ray must be sent to OFA for hip rating. If hip dysplasia is confirmed, we will reimburse the buyer up to the price of the puppy for the hip-dysplasia surgery performed. Receipts must be sent to the breeder at the time of surgery. Breeder is not responsible for the cost of x-rays. The breeder has a right to a second set of x-rays performed by a veterinarian of the breeder's choice, at the breeder's expense. All reports must be sent to the breeder. To date, we have not had a puppy have such issue. In the event of a genetic eye defect, causing blindness, the eyes must be examined by an ophthalmologist and the report sent back to the breeder. In the event of blindness, due to a genetic issue, within the first 12 months of life, the breeder will issue a refund for the price of the puppy. In the event of a genetic eye defect that requires corrective surgery, we will reimburse the buyer for the procedure up to the price of a puppy. The breeder must be contacted at time of diagnosis.
