ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must be a current high school senior entering an accredited four-year college or university as a full-time college student.
- Candidate must be a United States citizen or permanent United States resident.
- Candidates must maintain a permanent residence in the Greater Harrisburg (PA) area but may attend school elsewhere.
- All portions of the application must be completed in order for your application to be considered.
- Please enter not applicable for those items that do not apply.
- Application must be receieved by March 22, 2024
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION CHECKLIST:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
(ONLY COMPLETED APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED)

∆ Completed application, signed by parent/guardian and applicant.
❖ A response is mandatory for every field on the application. N/A= info does not apply.

∆ Two letters of recommendation detailing applicant’s character,
qualification for the scholarship and community service from the following:
o One Teacher
o One School Guidance Counselor or Professional Contact
❖ All letters must be signed and dated after January 1, 2024.

∆ One uploaded Photograph

∆ ESSAY: 300 words typed, double-spaced, in response to prompt selected from list of options provided in the ESSAY section from the application. Please include word Count at the end of the essay.

∆ An official Current transcript with school seal/signature of school official. Transcripts must be submitted via e-mail directly from the Guidance Office to the Scholarship Committee.
