Job Description:

Provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to engineering teams. Responsibilities include creating engineering administrative reports, as well as coordinating with maintenance technicians, production, QC, and other departments.

3. Understands how to archive documents properly.

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing all technical and non-technical Maintenance or Utility programs to ensure the reliability of production machinery and support the sustainability of production operations.

Requirement

1. Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Staff or 2 years as Maintenance Coordinator (Experience in food or pharmaceutical industry are preferable).
3. Proficient in the technical aspects of electrical (PLC, panels, 3 phase motors) and mechanical systems.
4. Knowledgeable in GMP and ISO 22000.
5. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
6. Willing to be placed at Rancaekek or Kopo-Katapang plant (Bandung Regency).

Job Description:

Ensures production machine reliability through routine and non-routine activities. Responsibilities include creating daily maintenance reports, performing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, repairing equipment per Work Orders, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness per 5S standards, and coordinating with maintenance technicians, production, QC, and other departments.

 Requirement:

1. Minimum vocational high school in electrical or mechanical engineering.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience as maintenance staff in the food industry.
3. Understanding of electrical supporting equipment (maintenance) in the production process.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Willing to work in shifts.
6. Willing to be placed at the Rancaekek or Kopo-Katapang plant (Bandung Regency).

Responsible for ensuring the availability and spare parts stock outbound according to requirements.

Requirement:

1. Minimum education vocational high school / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as spare part administration, warehouse administration, or related fields.
3. Proficient in computer operations, especially Microsoft Excel.
4. Understand document archiving processes.
5. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Description:

Responsible for the execution and scheduling of maintenance and repair processes for all facilities outside the production area, including offices, restrooms, water channels, wastewater treatment plants, and other public areas.

Requirement :

1. Minimum education vocational high school in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Facility or General Affairs staff.
3. Preferable skills in operating SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
4. Strong communication skills, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
