• Tax Year 2024 Due Diligence

  • You are being supplied with this questionnaire because you have indicated that you will be claiming the EITC/CTC and/or AOTC credits. The questionnaire is designed to assist us in qualifying you for some valuable refundable tax credits. While the questions may seem to be a little intrusive at times, they are questions that we are required to ask under the Due Diligence Requirements of the new Tax Laws.

  • Will the other parent of the child/children be claiming the child on their tax return?
  • Did you provide over 50% of the upkeep and maintenance of your home for yourself and your dependent(s) in 2023?
  • Do you have full custody of your dependent(s)? And can provide documented proof to the IRS if requested.
  • Can anyone else claim your dependent(s) as a dependent on their tax return?
