Important Notes: Terms & Conditions

Conference Fee & Inclusions:-
- Entry Fee: RM2580.00 per participant
- Fee includes: 2 lunches, 4 coffee breaks, and 16 hours of conference sessions conducted by HRDCorp-Certified Speakers.
- This program is fully HRDCorp SBL-Khas Claimable.
- 30% Advance Grant will be acknowledged upon submission of the claim application to HRDCorp.
- Please allow 2–3 working days for internal processing by our Admin & Finance Department.
- Participants must submit all required documents and information as requested by our team to ensure smooth grant processing.

- Important: Participants must ensure no outstanding payments or pending issues with HRDCorp before applying for any grant.

Organizer Notice
- This conference is fully managed by ASK Management Group Sdn Bhd, an HRDCorp-Certified Training Provider.
The organizer reserves the right to change the conference venue at any time if necessary. Advance notice will be provided to all registered participants.

Cancellation Policies
By submitting this registration form, you agree to the following policies:

Cancellation Notice:

- A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for any cancellation.

Late Cancellation:

- Any cancellation made less than 7 days before the event will incur FULL conference fees, regardless of the reason provided.

HRDCorp Grant Approval:

Once the HRDCorp Grant is approved, the same full conference fee will be chargeable to the company/delegate.

Hotel Booking & Accommodation
- Special delegate room rates will be provided by the official host venue of the Summit 2026.
- All room bookings, in-room charges, and personal expenses are borne by the delegate.
- Accommodation and travel expenses are fully claimable under HRDCorp SBL- Khas, subject to HRDCorp’s claim guidelines.
