I will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for myself, my dog, my family members, or third parties.

I hereby accept and assume any and all risks that would customarily and ordinarily occur by my participation in dog handling, dog movement, and other training activities.

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canine Consulting VT LLC (Jenny Rossi) of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages related to our training sessions. I have disclosed any and all aggressive behavior my dog has exibited, or any aggressive behavior that has been reported to me.

I further understand that training requires the learning of skills by both human and animals. I hereby agree to adhere to our training plan and not use aversive tools.

I understand that behavior is constantly evolving and these skills will require continued practice. My dog’s behavior is ultimately my responsibility. Canine Consulting VT LLC (Jenny Rossi) will work to help me achieve my training goals but makes no guarantees of my dog’s performance as a result of training.

Canine Consulting VT LLC (Jenny Rossi) may ask permission to film or photograph training progress during sessions. I grant permission to Canine Consulting VT LLC to record or photograph our sessions, and publish them on social media platforms.
I release Canine Consulting VT LLC from all claims and liability related to use of said photographs, videos, likeness, and voice.
