Payment is to be made on the same day of service. If it is for dog sitting (overnight), payment for length of stay will need to be made on the first day that the service starts.

If marked yes on the client information form, the client has acknowledged that they have given permission for their dog to be transported and taken to an outdoor area such as a park, beach, or cafe.

Waiver & Release of Liability

In consideration of being accepted to have my dog(s) attend day care at Cali and Furriends:

1. I acknowledge that:
a. In admitting my dog(s), Cali and Furriends is relying solely on my representations that my dog(s) are in good
health and has not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any person, animal or thing.
b. Cali and Furriends is a cage free environment and I accept that there are inherent risks associated with such and environment, including (but not limited to):
i. Transfer of communicable illness, such as Canine Cough (Kennel Cough)
ii. Injuries, including broken nails, abrasions, cuts and sore pads and
iii. Behavioural problems
iv. Although Cali and Furriends carefully screen all applicants, occasionally it is discovered that this is not an appropriate environment for every dog. Cali and Furriends retains the discretion to temporarily or permanently remove my dog(s) from their services at any time.
v. I have read and understood the Cali and Furriends Waiver & Release of Liability and their services Rules.

2. I agree that:
a. I am solely responsible for any loss, damage or harm caused or contributed by my dog(s) while in attendance with Cali and Furriends.
b. While my dog(s) is in the care and custody of Cali and Furriends and in the case that I cannot be contacted
and/or in the event of an emergency, Cali and Furriends, its agent or representative may seek immediate veterinary care for my dog.
c. I am responsible for all costs associated with clause 2(a) and clause 2 (b),
d. I will abide by the rules set out in the Cali and Furriends Waiver & Release of Liability and the Cali and Furriends Rules & Regulations, accepting all terms, conditions and statements contained within.

3. I release Cali and Furriends and its employees and agents, from all liability and indemnify Cali and Furriends from any and all claims of every kind and nature whatsoever, arising directly and indirectly, from my dog(s) participation in activities or use of service, including and legal claims and medical expenses.
