Upon joining, you'll be assigned an online supervisor who will endorse your training clearance, indicating the completion of your training and allowing you to receive full employee compensation at $35 per hour.
Training is a crucial component to familiarize yourself with tasks, and your online supervisor will be your go-to person for any challenges you encounter. Training is scheduled two weeks after your hire date, consisting of 2 hours per day for 2 weeks at a rate of $30 per hour.
Workdays are from Monday to Friday, with pay calculated through time tracker software included in the vendor-provided programs. The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 5 hours daily. You have the flexibility to choose your training hours, and if you decide to work additional hours, you will be compensated at the rate of $35 per hour.
