The Oklahoma Flute Society would like to feature local flute teachers in a recital performance at the Oklahoma Flute Society's 2027 Flute Fair. Please fill out this application form to be considered for a performance on this recital program. Only applications submitted via this form will be considered. (No email entries.)

Performance date: Saturday, April 3, 2027, 11:00-11:50 A.M.

at Oklahoma State University

Flutists must be members of the Oklahoma Flute Society.
