    By signing the above, I agree to be held responsible and see that gatherings are conducted as follows:

    A $65.00 non-refundable charge to use Pool Shelter is required at time of reservation.

    All music will end at 10:00 p.m.

    Any damages will be repaired at property owner's expense.

    Area will be cleaned up immediately following the event.

    Consideration of neighboring property owners.

    Guests wishing to use the pool will be charged appropriately per pool policy.

    Disorderly guests will be asked to leave or escorted from the premises.

    (Available are 7 picnic tables, 4 trash carts, electricity, one small grill, bathrooms located outside of the pool)

    Cancellation Policy:

    If you cancel your reservation more than 2 weeks before the event, the $65.00 facility fee will be credited to your POA account within 2 weeks. If less than 2 weeks before the event, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be deducted, and $25.00 will be credited to your POA account within 2 weeks.

    Damage/Extra Cleaning Policy:

    Any expenses incurred to repair damage to the facility or for extra cleaning will be charged to your POA account. These charges will be subject to any finance charges and late fees incurred on your account.
