    Half Christmas Market

    July 13, 2024

    10am-4pm

    Lane Agri-Park Community Center

    315 John R Rice Blvd, Murfreesboro TN

    •Set up begins as early as 8am and no later than 9am. Event begins at 10am.

    •No one is to tear down before 4pm unless approved by event coordinator. If you tear down early without permission, you will not be welcomed at future events and will forfeit any booth fees used to secure any future events.

    •NO REFUNDS.

    •Only businesses/items pre-approved by event coordinator included in your application are permitted for sale.

    •Each vendor must provide one or more promotional item(s) to contribute to the event's goody bags. Such as coupons, samples, branded items, business cards, etc. Each vendor may contribute one item minimal or 30 items maximum.

    •You must bring your own display items. You must provide your own tables/tents. Chairs are available to vendors at no charge. Tents are allowed if needed for hanging/displays. Do not attach anything to walls.

    •Vendors will be responsible for keeping booth space cleaned during event and after tear down. Please pick up all personal trash and dispose in the provided trash cans throughout the venue. It is much appreciated if you pick up your booth marking tape off the floor when cleaning up, however optional.

    •Booth personnel and items for sale must be kept within your booth parameters. Please do not block walkways. Please do not block another vendor’s space.

    -Please remain welcoming and attentive to all attendees/customers throughout the duration of the event.

    •Please do not display any products containing profanity or nudity of any sort.

    •Receiving this invoice does not hold your spot. Payment reserves your space. Spots are first come first serve. Payment is due within 24 hours after receiving your invoice.

    •When your fee is paid, you will be added to the paid vendors Facebook group for questions/updates including booth chart, parking info, and more. Make sure to turn on your notifications for this group.

  • If accepted, you will receive an invoice via text and email. If denied, you will receive a denial email. Please allow a few business days for a response.
