Terms & Conditions
1. Booth size is 10 feet by 10 feet.
2. You must provide your own, chairs, table, or tents!
3. Fee is $50 a booth. Mobile trucks are $50.
4. Set up will be Saturday morning. Times are TBA
5. All products must be approved before set up begins.
6. No duplicate direct sales will be allowed. Other than those we have lots of room so all vendors welcome! Everyone will most likely be approved unless selling something inappropriate. We reserve the right to deny anyone!
7. Pictures of products need to be emailed to megan@nottooshabbyboutiqueandevents.com
8. All vendors will be added to the Vendor Facebook Page in order to stay up to date on all needed info.
9. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area and NOT blocking any other vehicles or they will be TOWED!
10. VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ITEMS- SET UP, TAKE DOWN, & WATCHING THEM DURING EVENT IN CASE OF THEFT. Some security is provided but we are NOT responsible.
11. We are NOT responsible for any accident that may occur.
12. Outside food & drinks are allowed. Its outdoors- We have no control over it.
13. There will be lines for booth spaces and all vendors must stay in the designated area!
14. Megan Ashworth is the ONLY PERSON to send money and application to- Not responsible for money lost that is sent to anyone else!
15. NO REFUNDS! If you can not make the event or do not show up I will NOT be sending refunds! Once you are approved and paid up then there is no refund. I do not do this to be mean or steal your money but we need a certain amount of $ and vendors to make this event happen and if you back out on us I lose the money out of my own pocket!
16. You MUST agree to be nice and respectful! We try to make these events go off without a hitch but things will always arise! We are doing our best! Thanks!
