    By signing up for these packages, you are entering into a BINDING AGREEMENT. If you sign up, you are committing to the package and cost.

    The Marketing Team reserves the right to select photo(s) used from options provided by the agent or reject them if it does not meet standards.

    The Marketing Team reserves the right to cancel campaigns that do not reach the minimum threshold for participation. If this occurs, you will not be charged.

    Please note: These packages have very specific designs, so the creative is limited to customization. The marketing team will try their best to accommodate. 

    In addition, these dates are to be locked in place with the vendors, so there will be little to no flexibility to change or cancel.

      $1,200 per Listing - You may buy multiple per quarter, but in order to do so, you will need to submit a new form for each Listing Lift-Off package you want.

      $4,000 - Note this package allows you to feature your listing and your brand (optional). Limited to one spot per agent.

    • The Nantucket Magazine shared listing ad will run in July & August. 

    • A La Carte: Cape Cod Chronicle Shared Listing Ad 

    • The Cape Cod Chronicle shared listing ad will run in July & August. 

    • A La Carte: The Boston Globe Shared Listing Ad (Quarterly) 

    • The Boston Globe Listing Ad will be in the Sunday issue of the Globe. 

    • A La Carte: Boston Magazine Email Newsletters (Quarterly) 

    • Boston Magazine Newsletters will be sent to 10,000+ Subscribers. Your listing feature will click out to the Compass.com URL. 

    • A La Carte: Wall Street Journal Shared Listing Ad (Quarterly) 

    • Please note: Listing Price Minimum of $1M. 

    • A La Carte: Boston Magazine - Shared Brand Spread (Bi-Annually) 

    • Please note: This will only unlock based on sign-ups. The Marketing Team will confirm as soon as we have enough agents participating.
