Payment Policy: I understand that payment is required in full when services are rendered. North Haledon Veterinary Care does not accept payment on account. In the case of non-payment, I will be responsible for a collection agency fee of $25.00 and/or attorney fees necessary to collect the full amount due to North Haledon Veterinary Care. I further understand that, in the case of non-payment, a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be charged.
