General Grooming Contract

Paperwork/Veterinary Treatment

All information and questions were answered truthfully. If the groomer finds that these questions were answered dishonestly, I agree to pay all expenses to resolve any issues. I understand that if I do not have vaccination records the groomer has the right to refuse grooming. I understand that rabies tags are not accepted as proof of current vaccines. I understand that grooming can expose hidden medical problems or aggravate a current one. I understand this can happen during or after grooming, I will not hold Tomorrow's Trends LLC or any of the groomers liable for any medical problems. I give Tomorrow's Trends LLC permission to obtain vet records and veterinary treatment for my pet at my expense if needed.

Difficult Pets

I understand that I will be charged an additional fee if my pet is difficult. I understand if my pet becomes aggressive, stressed or too difficult the groomer will have to stop grooming and send my pet home. I agree to pay for all services performed.

Late to your appointment

I understand that if I am late to my appointment the groomer may not take my pet for their appointment. I understand that if the groomer is willing to take my pet late, I will have to pay a late fee. If my pet cannot be taken late, I understand that I will be considered a no show and have to pay the no show fee.

Cancelations/Rescheduling

I understand that all appointments must be cancelled, rescheduled, or changed prior to 24 hours of my pet's appointment. I understand that appointments may not be cancelled, rescheduled or changed within 24 hours of the appointment.
Appointments may not be rescheduled more than two times in a row. After two consecutive reschedulings the groomer reserves the right to decline your request or require a non-refundable deposit.

No Shows/Missed Appointments

I understand that if I do not show up for an appointment, I will be charged a no-show fee. I understand that this also applies if I do not give at least a 24-hour notice when canceling, rescheduling, or making changes to my appointment. A no show fee will apply if I am too late to the appointment and the groomer cannot take my pet. Missed appointment fees will also apply in the event you do not provide your pet's vaccine records, your pet is not current on their rabies vaccine, or you refuse the services necessary for your pet's well-being and comfort. I understand that Tomorrow's Trends LLC will charge the card on file at the time of the missed appointment/no show or deposit will be lost.

Pet Pick Up

I understand that I will be charged a late pick-up fee if my pet(s) are not picked up within one hour of being called or texted to let me know my pets are done.
In the event you or your phone has blocked our number this fee will not be waived.

Fleas & Ticks

I understand that if any employee of Tomorrow's Trends LLC finds fleas or ticks on my pet, my pet must be bathed with flea and tick shampoo. I agree to pay the extra fee for the additional services.

Evaluation of Grooming

I understand that if I was unhappy with my pet's groom I must let an employee of Tomorrow's Trends LLC know before I leave. I understand that if I would like changes made to my pet's grooming I must ask before I leave. I understand that once I leave, the groomers of Tomorrow's Trends LLC will not make changes to my pet's groom.

Matted Pets

I understand that matted pets will be charged a matted pet fee. I understand that if my pet is matted, he/she will have to be shaved possibly very close to the skin. I understand that if my pet is matted my pet is at greater risk of injury, stress and trauma. Although all precautions will be taken, I understand that problems may arise, during or after grooming, such as nicks, clipper irritation, and mental or physical stress. I give Tomorrow's Trends LLC permission to obtain immediate veterinary care at my expense. Because I realize matted pets have a greater risk of injury during grooming I will not hold Tomorrow's Trends LLC or any of the staff responsible for accidents or injuries to my pet.

Senior Pets

I understand that grooming a senior pet may expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. I realize that aged pets are at greater risk of injury during grooming. I give Tomorrow's Trends LLC permission to obtain veterinary treatment for my pet at my expense. I will not hold Tomorrow's Trends LLC responsible for accidents or injuries to my pet.
