Order Minimum is 50 Shirts

Due to limited capacity in our print shop, we have established the following minimum order requirement of 50 shirts to ensure efficient and high-quality production for your custom shirts. We are currently only taking screenprinting orders:

Screen Printing: This traditional method requires the creation of a screen for each color in the design and mixing inks for each color. It's ideal for larger orders due to the setup involved. Our minimums for screen printing are:

50 shirts for a one-color design

75 shirts for a two-color design

100 shirts for a three-color design

150 shirts for a four-color design

These minimums help us balance production efficiency and quality, ensuring that every order meets our high standards.

We embrace small orders with open arms! To keep our prices competitive and our service efficient, all orders are managed 100% online, with artwork ready for production. Check our guidelines to see if your job fits the Express Option.

Direct To Film Technology: For small orders, we use Direct To Film (DTF) technology. DTF provides high-quality, vibrant prints with less setup time and cost than traditional screen printing, making it ideal for smaller quantities. If you visit Vans or North Face stores, this is the same method they use for their retail shirts.
