It completing this application does not guarantee that I will be successful in fostering a dog. I acknowledge that this application is a tool to help ROLDA UK determine if the dog is a good fit for my family and me. I confirm that all information provided in this form is true and correct. I understand that any misrepresentation may lead to the rejection of my application and/or the removal of the fostered dog from my possession. Additionally, I certify that I have never been convicted of animal cruelty or neglect.
I agree to allow a representative from ROLDA UK to contact my vet for a reference and allow a home check visit before fostering this dog.
The Foster Carer agrees to promptly notify ROLDA UK of any health concerns or veterinary needs the fostered dog may have. ROLDA UK will cover the costs of pre-approved veterinary care.
The Foster Carer agrees to work on basic obedience and socialisation with the fostered dog. Any behavioural concerns or challenges should be communicated to ROLDA UK for guidance.
If the Foster Carer wishes to adopt the fostered dog or knows of a potential adopter, they agree to inform ROLDA UK immediately. ROLDA UK will oversee the adoption process and decide on the dog's permanent placement.
The Foster Carer agrees to maintain regular communication with ROLDA UK, providing updates on the dog's health, behaviour, and general well-being.
The Foster Carer indemnifies and holds the Charity harmless from any liability arising from the actions of the fostered dog while in their care.
The foster period is expected to last until the dog finds a permanent adoptive home. However, ROLDA UK reserves the right to remove the dog from the foster home at any time, with reasonable notice, if it deems necessary.
I understand that all dogs adopted from ROLDA UK will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested, flea/worm treated and vaccinated prior to fostering.
